What I sell
I sell my time by the hour, starting at $75 an hour. You buy a number of hours. I spend them on your site and tell you what I did.
Before I start
Full refund, no questions, any time before I begin work. Email hello@ryanlenk.com.
After I start
I refund every hour you bought that I have not worked. Hours already worked are not refundable, because the work is done and the findings are yours to keep.
If I am not the right person
Sometimes I look at a site and decide I cannot help, or that the work you asked for will not get you what you want. I say so and refund everything.
What I do not promise
I do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or that any search engine or AI assistant will cite you. Nobody can promise that. I promise the hours, the work, and a straight account of what happened.
Before you dispute a charge
Email me first. I have refunded people faster than a bank will.
